Return and refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:


  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition, with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at youngg3n@hotmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at youngg3n@hotmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
